Applicants should be able to assemble and present completed treat orders, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all customer areas in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner, adhering to restaurant safety and health standards.

Report to: Management Staff and Shift Leaders

Requirements

• Ability to move cases of food/paper products, buckets of sanitizing liquid or cleaner, and containers up to 50 pounds, up to 10 times per six-hour shift. Stock ice in soft drink dispensers, use sanitizing solutions, and stock all items used in the customer service area.
• Perform well under pressure in a high-volume restaurant, responding quickly for long periods.
• Move quickly within the customer service area, serving up to 40 customers per hour, and work in and out of different temperature ranges. Handle food, drinks, and treats constantly. Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts.
• Handle cleanup after messy situations.
• Read order monitors accurately.
• Recall and communicate products and contents effectively.
• Follow established food handling procedures and comply with local health regulations.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.

Function

• Communicate clearly, quickly, and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Prepare treat products following safety and health standards quickly and accurately.
• Be attentive and responsive to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely, including chill equipment, following health and safety standards.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
• Clean work areas, organize, and stock needed items, moving items from other sections as needed.
• Ensure proper product rotation.
• Complete prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
• Manage food production processes.
• Thoroughly clean the chill area daily, as directed.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as washing counters, tables, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
• Assist with outdoor tasks like parking lot pickup and trash removal.
• Report problems or unusual matters to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
