Crumbl Cookies is seeking team members to prepare and decorate cookies in a fast-paced retail bakery environment. You will measure ingredients, decorate products, greet customers, and help maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

We value friendly, proactive team players who can multitask, manage time well, and communicate clearly in English. Training is provided; flexibility with shifts is available, including mornings and evenings. Base pay starts at $8/hour plus tips.

Responsibilities:

• Follow step by step instructions to measure ingredients and mix dough bases and frostings
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized

Base pay starts at $8/hour plus tips (typically $3-4/hr additional)

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
