Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park stations. You will support Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host/Coordinator, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, and Marketing activities while maintaining park standards.

We value reliability, coachability, and strong communication as you adapt to station assignments and help create memorable visits for guests. 16+ and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

This role is designed to provide exposure to core areas of park operations while building foundational workplace skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability.Crew Members may be assigned to one or more stations based on business needs.
