Job summary

Sky Zone Pensacola is seeking part-time Front Desk Membership Sale team members to help with membership sales and guest service.

You will work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to deliver a friendly, safe, and clean environment while providing a memorable customer experience.

Compensation ranges from $14-15 per hour; flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment is preferred but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to engage with groups of people and maintain a friendly demeanor.

• Assist park guests at the front desk with membership questions and sign-ups.

Job description

Sky Zone Pensacola is looking for Crew Members to join our Front Desk Membership Sale's team! If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is our profession, the following part-time position: Front Desk Membership Sale

This position requires working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation and specific job duties will be outlined during the interview process pending your interest and Park needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL SKY ZONE POSITIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older. (18+ for Team Leads)


• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.


• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours.


• This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.


• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.


• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.


• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.


• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.


• Compensation ranges from $14-15/hr. based on qualifications and experience.
