Job summary

Couto Management operates Dunkin’ shops in Eastern Massachusetts from the North Shore to Cape Cod and is hiring Crew Members to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact, Crew Members greet customers, deliver excellent service, and assist with food and beverage preparation. The role requires timely, friendly interactions in a fast-paced environment with adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills desired.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly service.
• Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotions.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Stock inventory as needed and handle cash register following procedures.

• Ensure a clean and organized workstation
• Stock inventory as needed
• Maintain cash register following proper cash-handling procedures

Qualifications and Skills Sought:

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, understand menus and Brand standards as well as converse comfortably with individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English

Requirements:

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in this country
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
