Job summary

Couto Management in Eastern Massachusetts, operating Dunkin’ shops from the North Shore to Cape Cod, is seeking friendly Crew Members to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet customers and deliver fast, accurate service in a busy, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food and beverages to brand standards, maintaining sanitation, handling cash, stocking supplies, and helping keep the dining area clean.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
