Job Description

Position: Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for Popeyes, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market. As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Welcome guests warmly, promote positivity, and ensure a friendly atmosphere. Strive for efficiency, accuracy, and speed in service. Fill orders correctly within the service time. Handle payments accurately, give correct change, and thank customers. Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, dining area, and restrooms. Immediately report any issues or customer complaints to management. Practice security in cash handling with regular cash drops and maintain appropriate cash levels.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training will be provided.
