Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Dairy Queen Team Member in Balltown, KY. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and food to guests, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure product quality to meet Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards.

You will work at a fast pace, handle cash transactions, and support team members across shifts in a welcoming environment that emphasizes customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Position Overview:

A Dairy QueenRestaurant Team Memberis responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.Team Membersdemonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concerntowards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.
