Fourteen Foods is hiring a Dairy Queen Team Member in Minnetonka, MN. You will provide friendly, fast, and accurate service while handling cash and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include serving guests, taking orders, operating the register, and maintaining the store's welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience is not required; must be at least 16 and speak English at a minimum for some stations.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; Fluency in English may be essential for certain stations.

Position Overview:

A Dairy QueenRestaurant Team Memberis responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.Team Membersdemonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concerntowards guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.

Team Member Experience & Qualifications:
