Job summary

Salata is seeking a Crew Member for a part-time position in Atlanta, GA. You’ll join a friendly team to prepare food quickly, follow recipes, and deliver outstanding guest service in a busy, clean environment.

You’ll gain on-the-job training, shift meals at 50%, and opportunities for advancement as you grow with a brand that values teamwork, customer care, and a spotless dining area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop positive working relationships and work as a part of a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and co-workers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Display a positive and energetic approach to all assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by having a servant's heart.
• Must be able to follow instructions for recipes, food preparation, and sanitation guidelines.
• Must be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in a timely , neatly, and accurate manner
• Follow recipes accurately and maintaining Salata standards
• Commit to providing excellent service
• Contribute to a positive team work environment
• Enjoy working both BOH and FOH operations
• Maintain appropriate portion control and maintaining a Fresh, Full, and Fluffy line at all times
