Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking part-time Crew Members to join our onsite team in Apex, NC. Roles include Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales, with opportunities to gain experience across departments while delivering a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include interacting with guests, maintaining safety, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.QUALIFICATIONSMust be 16 years of age or older.Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs and requirements.Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.Compensation starts at $11.00/hr. Full pay range goes up to 15.00 USD per hour and is based on qualifications and experience.
