Tropical Management Holdings, Inc. Adrian, Michigan is hiring a Crew Member to join SERVE Hospitality Group’s growing team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations.

As a Crew Member you will prepare food and smoothie items, provide fast, friendly service, maintain cleanliness, and support opening/closing shifts while learning on the job. No experience needed— training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
