White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, seeks friendly, energetic Crew Managers in Terre Haute, Indiana. You’ll organize shifts, manage cash, supervise service quality, lead the team, and ensure sanitation and safety while working fryers and drive-thru.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or management experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule shifts for crew
• Handle cash transactions and POS operations
• Manage inventory and sanitation
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
