Qualifications

• Requires previous food service or management experience.
• Demonstrates caring, responsible and trustworthy leadership.
• Ability to organize shifts, handle cash and supervise inventory.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and assign tasks to crew.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS.
• Manage inventory and monitor supplies.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team on the floor, including cash register and drive-thru.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation.
• Operate fryer/griddle and support fast-food production.
