Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage scheduling.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system for transactions.
• Oversee inventory and ensure product availability.
• Monitor customer service and satisfaction, resolve issues.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver quality service.
• Operate cash register and drive-thru as needed.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards.
