Job summary

White Castle in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking friendly Crew Managers with food service or management experience to lead teams and ensure great guest experiences. As a fourth-generation family business, we value safety, teamwork, and growth.

You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, supervise drive-thru and kitchen tasks, and uphold sanitation standards while training and motivating staff. Weekly compensation is competitive, with benefits including PTO, medical plans, and 401(k)

Qualifications
