Job summary

White Castle, America's first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations in Union, NJ. You will organize shifts, manage cash and inventory, supervise customer service, and motivate a diverse team across drive-thru and in-store duties.

The role requires prior food service or management experience and leadership where safety and sanitation are priorities. White Castle offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a long-standing family

Qualifications

• Prior food service or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to organize shifts, manage cash, and ensure safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage scheduling.
• Handle cash and operate the register.
• Oversee inventory and customer service/satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team, including drive-thru and front-line duties.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate fryer/griddle as needed.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Pay Rate
