Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations in New Jersey. You will organize shifts, handle cash and drive-thru, oversee customer service, motivate the team, and ensure sanitation and food preparation standards are met.

Previous food service or management experience is preferred. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the family-owned chain.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Pay Rate
