As a Crew Manager at White Castle, you will lead a team in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, overseeing daily operations, customer service, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day duties include:

• Organizing shifts and managing scheduling
• Handling cash and operating the cash register and drive‑thru
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Overseeing customer service and ensuring satisfaction
• Motivating and guiding the team
• Preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and operating fryer/griddle

Qualifications
