Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, seeks friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations in Kentucky. You will organize shifts, handle cash and drive-thru, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service while motivating the team.

You’ll prepare orders, operate fryer/griddle, and maintain sanitation, with safety as a top priority. The role offers weekly compensation with room for higher earnings based on experience and qualifications.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.

Your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
