Job summary

White Castle seeks Crew Managers with food service or management experience to lead daily operations. You will organize shifts, manage inventory, supervise the drive-thru and cash register, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.80 per hour
