Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage cashier operations.
• Handle cash and drive-thru duties with accuracy.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction, coaching the team.
• Lead and motivate team members to perform at a high level.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate fryer/griddle and support daily kitchen tasks.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $22.80 per hour
