Leads by example, mentors team members, and ensures adherence to safety standards and client expectations across shifting project demands.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in water transfer services.
• Strong communication to lead the team safely and efficiently.
• Ability to mentor crew and achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift during pumping jobs and oversee crew activities.
• Participate in rig up and rig down planning and communicate plans to the team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with supervision and various crews to execute the project plan.
