Job summary

Synergen's Hydroline team in the Eagle Ford District (Dilley, TX) seeks a Crew Leader to oversee shift operations on pumping jobs and rig up/rig down projects. You will guide and mentor crew members, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in challenging field conditions.

Candidate should have water transfer experience, a valid GVWR license, and strong communication skills to coordinate multiple crews.

Qualifications

• Water transfer services experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license for GVWR 10,001+ vehicle.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance.
• Current safety certifications (PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred).
• Excellent communication to lead and coordinate teams.
• Lead by example with daily goals and safety first.
• Maintain organized, clean, and presentable work sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift on pumping jobs and rig up/rig down projects.
• Attend and communicate plans during rig up/rig down meetings.
• Oversee traffic control, location, and frac crews.
• Provide progress updates and adapt to project needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety checks, and inspections.
• Mentor crew and evaluate performance for improvement.
