Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Livermore, CA seeks a Crew Leader to supervise landscape operations and manage a 2–5 person crew on client sites. You’ll oversee maintenance, installation, irrigation, color management, and chemical applications, ensuring safety and BrightView quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, and proactive communication with the Operations Manager to meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 and ensure safety and quality
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks
• Provide feedback to Operations Manager on crew members
