Integrated Supports for Living, Inc is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise landscape crews across Salem-Keizer. You will guide workers using ISPs to build employment and interpersonal skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes motivation, safety, and collaboration with the department to ensure quality service and client outcomes. Training and ongoing supervision are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising landscape crews and coordinating teams.
• Ability to develop and monitor ISP-based employee skills.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of five years' driving history.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape crews and ensure timely completion of work.
• Help individuals develop employment and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment.
• Document daily logs, event reports and data sheets.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and team members.
• Transport crews to contract sites as needed.
• Provide training according to client ISPs or contracts.
