Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists is seeking a dynamic Crew Leader to guide field crews in residential foundation repair. You will supervise operations, coordinate multiple sites, and drive quality and safety on every job.

With a Monday–Friday schedule, you will receive an hourly wage of $35 with a production bonus structure. Expect extensive on-site training, strong PPE adherence, and opportunities to travel to various locations while advancing your leadership career.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and rough framing.
• Experience installing subfloors and handling framing tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a field crew to complete residential foundation repair projects.
• Travel to multiple job locations as needed and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks; participate in hands-on work when required.
• Support training and mentoring of crew members to meet performance standards.

Our next Crew Leader will enjoy a stable work schedule every week while managing their crew, they will understand how to deliver a permanent, high-quality solution for the customer’s home foundation issues. You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. You’ll enjoy using equipment that works properly and have access to all personal protective equipment needed to complete all jobs in a safe manner. You will also benefit from the best hands‑on training in the industry.
