This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime, requiring up to 30% travel. The crew leader will perform physical activities involving handling equipment, emergency response, vacuum truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation, and high-pressure water blasting. Leadership skills are essential to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews, provide feedback, assist, and train new employees according to company and client policies
• Ensure all equipment is operational
• Possess general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
• Load and prepare hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Inspect work and equipment before starting
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety paperwork

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming
• Valid Driver License
• Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen and background checks

Conditions

• Work at industrial facilities, often at heights and confined spaces
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7
• Work shifts up to 12-16 hours, indoors and outdoors
• Perform manual labor, including lifting hoses up to 50 lbs
• Use fall protection equipment as needed
