Job summary

GroundSystems in Dayton, Ohio seeks an Enhancement Crew Leader to manage a 1–4 member crew, combining fieldwork with leadership to deliver high-quality landscaping across enhancement projects.

You will oversee daily operations, train crew, ensure safety and project standards, and operate or guide use of landscaping equipment, driving team success year-round.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.
• Ensuring quality control and project standards.
• Training and supervising crew members.
• Performing and guiding tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Perennial bed maintenance.
• Equipment operation and upkeep.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.

What You'll Do
