6th Man Movers in the Madison area is seeking a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews, drive our moving trucks, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will supervise loading/unloading, communicate with customers, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain a safe workspace, and train new team members. This role offers weekly pay and benefits such as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents, Super Speeding).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.

We are looking for a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused moving services. This role involves driving our moving trucks, leading a team, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.

Pay

Pay $1,000 - $1,500 weekly
