Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and delivers an outstanding customer experience on every job. If you're reliable, self‑motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you.

This is an active, hands‑on position where you'll lead each job from start to finish — guiding your teammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation

$22–$27/hour base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses
