The Crew Leader role is vital to our team, and personality is more important than experience. The more friendly and skilled you are at providing excellent service, the more you can earn, including tips from satisfied customers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving yourself and the hauler to customer locations.
2. Helping customers A to Z once on site.
3. Managing your hauler, sales, and expenses.
4. Upholding our core value of GSD (Get Stuff Done).

What’s In It For You:

• $18-$25/hr (depending on experience) after training.
• Training pay for up to 4 weeks.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (after first year + 1500 hours).
• Flexible time off.
• 401K match up to 3.5% (after first year).
• Growth opportunities and shifts.
• Full-Time employment, working 5 of 6 days Monday-Saturday, with optional 6th day.
