Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and deliversan outstandingcustomer experience on every job. Ifyou'rereliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you.

This is an active, hands-on position whereyou'lllead each job from start to finish — guiding yourteammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation

$22–$27/hour base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses

What You'll Do
