Job summary

Muller, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer / Crew Lead to manage a small team and help complete projects such as silt fences, hydroseeding, underdrains, and patching. Daily tasks include supervising 2–3 laborers and coordinating with supervisors and clients.

You will operate mini-excavators and skid steers, perform trenching, load materials, and handle daily paperwork. A valid US driver’s license, experience with trailers, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are

Qualifications

Requires valid Driver's license.
Experience driving a truck with trailer.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Eligible for employment in the United States.
3 years' construction or landscaping experience.
Experience with Bobcats and/or mini excavator.
Silt fence or under drain experience preferred.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis and coordinate work.
Complete silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain, manhole punch work, asphalt patching and crack sealing.
Operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions.
Fill out daily paperwork: job tickets, time sheets.
Trench/Excavate and load/unload materials.
Communicate with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
