What you'll do as a Crew Foreman:

• Lead and promote a positive team environment
• Interpret and execute tree trimming, removal, and spraying orders
• Plan daily work considering various factors
• Perform pre-job hazard surveys and assign tasks
• Perform tree trimming and removal duties, including climbing and operating equipment
• Safeguard employees and the public, enforce safety practices

What you'll need:

• Two or more years of experience in tree trimming/climbing around utility lines
• Leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of trees and arboriculture techniques
• Experience with climbing, knot tying, PPE
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate equipment
• Valid driver's license, CDL, or medical certificate as required
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications
