As a Crew Leader at Lewis, you will:

• Lead a team, fostering a positive environment
• Interpret work orders and plan daily tasks
• Perform safety surveys and assign tasks based on skills
• Perform tree trimming, removal, and spraying duties
• Climb trees and operate aerial lifts
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Handle debris cleanup and disposal
• Apply spray chemicals safely
• Ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in tree trimming/climbing around utility lines
• Leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of trees and arboriculture techniques
• Experience with climbing, knot tying, PPE
• Ability to read drawings and symbols
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate equipment
• Valid driver's license, CDL, or medical certificate
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications
• Pass pre-employment drug and skills tests
