As an Arborist Crew Leader, your responsibilities include:

• Safely performing and supervising arboriculture tasks such as pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment maintenance
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Managing and supervising crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Training crew members for specific tasks
• Ensuring all work meets industry and company standards
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members
• Demonstrating a passion for nature and the outdoors
• Passing a criminal background check
• Having at least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Possessing a valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Being proactive, positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated
