Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and support the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will help ensure smooth shift execution and assist team members with performance and training initiatives.

In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service, contribute to inventory and cash handling tasks, and participate in cost controls while fostering a fun, fast-paced work environment. Training is emphasized to expand horizons within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus; training may be provided to get certified.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Our Crew Leaders are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.
