Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to support restaurant operations, assist the GM/AM, and guide team performance and training. You will help ensure shifts run smoothly while delivering the high-quality customer service Arby’s is known for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice experience.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job description

Our Crew Leaders are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.
