Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager in Utah to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations. You’ll coach team members, help with training initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service to keep guests coming back.

You’ll gain experience across service, food preparation, cash handling, and inventory controls, with opportunities for growth as part of a team passionate about Meatcraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice; Serve Safe certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Support the general manager as primary back-up during shifts
• Ensure all aspects of operation run smoothly including service, food safety and cost controls
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure labor law compliance
• Coach team members through performance and training initiatives

Our Shift Managers are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. If that weren’t cool enough, you’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.
