Job summary

Greenturf Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Crew Leader to lead the lawn maintenance team, plan daily routes, and monitor quality and safety on each job.

You will report to the Production Manager and ensure work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of team management experience as a foreman.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance operations with experience using riding mowers, trimmers and blowers.
• Availability for variable hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to work in various weather, lift 50 pounds, and walk long distances.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to branch or site.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Job description

Lead a lawn maintenance crew and help deliver quality work as a Crew Leader. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will guide field staff and keep jobs on track within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards. The company supports its field teams with safety gear, professional equipment, and training and career development opportunities. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, with starts at 7:00 a.m. depending on the season; each workday ends when the route is complete. Peak-season overtime and availability for variable hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for lawn maintenance crew and communicating daily plans and production goals.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to complete jobs within budget and meet company and industry standards.
• Follow daily route and maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure crews follow safety and equipment maintenance procedures, and wear assigned personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, homeowners, property guests, and the public.

Qualifications

• At least one year of team management experience as a foreman.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance operations and experience operating riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Availability for variable hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions, lift at least 50 pounds, and walk long distances.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation

Starting at $19 per hour, paid weekly.
