Job summary

SavATree is seeking Crew Lead candidates to join our Tree Care Team in New Berlin, WI. You will work outdoors on pruning, removals, and safety tasks across local properties, using chainsaws and aerial lifts as needed. Strong knowledge of pruning and tree species, plus leadership potential, is essential.

Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus. Excellent safety practices and the ability to climb trees without spurs will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced species and their traits.
• Experience with tree care safety standards and equipment.
• Proficiency with chainsaw operation and aerial lifts.
