Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Crew Lead Tree Climber to perform high‑quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cabling, using ropes, ladders, and bucket trucks while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

You will be part of our General Tree Care Team, leading a crew, guiding projects, and ensuring standards are met. A valid driver’s license and outdoor work readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license or permission to work in the U.S.
• Experience in professional tree care and pruning techniques.
• Familiarity with ANSI A300 pruning standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree care, including pruning, removals, and cabling to industry standards.
• Climb trees safely with ropes, saddles, and ladders; operate equipment effectively.
• Use chainsaws and bucket trucks; apply safety practices during all tasks.
• Ensure proper pruning cuts to preserve health and structure of trees.
• Support team safety, communicate with clients, and assist in takedowns when needed.
