Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team is essential to our operations, providing high-quality tree care to maintain and enhance our clients' landscapes. The Crew Lead position is a specialized role for individuals demonstrating leadership qualities and approved by local management to guide work crews. Key knowledge includes: TCIA Crew Leader Training, Crew and Personal Safety, hazard recognition, and competency in checking off skill levels. This role offers a pay rate starting at $30/hr, commensurate with experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K plan. Job Description: Are you looking for a place to thrive?
