Job summary

Monster Tree Service of East Bay is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to guide our pruning and removal teams with ANSI standards. Join a team that values safety, top-notch customer service, and state-of-the-art equipment.

You will supervise crews, operate lifts, ensure daily production goals, and coordinate with the Sales Arborist before work. This full-time role offers year-round employment and professional growth within a supportive franchise network.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of experience leading and training a tree crew safely and productively.
• ISA Certification or CTSP is desired but not required.
• A clean/valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; prior experience training employees is preferred.
• Ability to identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to property owners.
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises tree crew performing pruning/removals to ANSI and company standards.
• Operate aerial lift/bucket truck when needed.
• Use rigging and lowering skills for pruning/removals; cabling/bracing as needed.
• Enforce industry safety standards and company safety policies.
• Commit to daily production goals and crew safety.
• Coordinate with the Sales Arborist before starting work.
