Job summary

Monster Tree Service of Troy is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to supervise a tree crew and perform pruning and removals to ANSI and company standards. You will operate an aerial lift or bucket truck and enforce safety protocols while meeting daily production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading crews, a clean driver’s license, strong communication and leadership skills, and ISA CTSP or certification is preferred but not required. Franchisee employment with Monster Tree Service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading tree crews safely and productively.
• Must have a clean/valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; prior experience training employees preferred.
• ISA CTSP certification is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises tree crew while performing residential and commercial pruning and removals to ANSI and company standards.
• Operates an aerial lift and/or bucket truck when necessary.
• Uses rigging and lowering techniques for pruning and removals safely as per ANSI standards.
• Enforces industry safety standards and company safety policies.
• Accepts daily production goals and safety procedures for the crew.
• Coordinates with the Sales Arborist before performing work.
