Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking a Foreperson in Longview, TX to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies for contract work. This position requires directing daily field activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining service quality.

The candidate will supervise crew tasks, manage operations, and communicate with property owners while supporting storm restoration as needed. Travel is required where storms occur.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Experience in electric utility vegetation management or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal or written directives and lead a crew.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew and manage equipment daily to complete jobs.
• Assign tasks and supervise crew performance.
• Plan and execute work safely and efficiently.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for work.
• Ensure PPE use and safety practices on site.
• Inspect work and report completion to customers.
• Keep time, equipment, and material records.
• Travel to storm restoration sites when needed.
