The position offers competitive hourly pay ($29–$32) with potential to convert to a salaried role (80k-85k) after 90 days, plus benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Attic and crawl space restoration experience (1+ year) and strong project management track record.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor a small team.
• Ability to use PPE properly and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem solving and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Train/mentor crew on installation techniques and material handling.
• Manage assets: personnel, materials, tools, equipment.
• Serve as primary client contact during job execution.
• Complete end-of-day paperwork and ensure accurate cost tracking.
