Job summary

Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is hiring a Foreman in Decatur, IL to lead a crew installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer rehabilitation projects.

As Foreman you will train and direct crew activities, schedule work, manage equipment, enforce safety, and report on production and safety metrics. CDL required; travel weekly may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years foreman/technician in outdoor construction and CIPP experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must possess Class A or B CDL; Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Able to wear respirator and body harness in confined spaces.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and operate power tools.
• Willing to travel weekly, possibly out of state.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in installation and repair of CIPP for municipal, industrial, storm and sewer projects.
• Schedule, coordinate, and direct crew activities; plan at least two weeks in advance.
• Manage equipment and ensure project readiness and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and enforce safety policies on-site.
• Inspect crew work for quality and compliance with specs.
• Prepare reports on production, safety, and time.

We are currently hiring a Foremanwith CIPP industry experienceto join our team in Decatur, IL. As a Foreman, you will lead a crew in installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects.

The starting pay is $45.42 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Front-line lead employee responsible for performing, as well as leading, training and directing the activities of a crew in the installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products
• Schedule, coordinate, and advise the activities of assigned crew a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
• Effectively manage and maintain the equipment for successful completion of each project
• Provide leadership and supervision at project site and enforce policies and working rules
• Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance
• Perform general construction activities, when applicable
• Analyze and resolve work problems or lead crew members in discovering the resolutions
• Prepare and submit for review production, safety, time, and other reports, as necessary

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years previous technician and/or Foreman experience in an outdoor construction environment and Cured in Place Pipe experience in the water and sewer field, required
• Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
• Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
