Job summary

Schroeder Moving Systems, Inc. in New Berlin, WI, is hiring a Non-CDL Driver / Crew Lead Mover. You will lead moving crews, drive company moving trucks (non-CDL), and ensure safe, efficient moves with an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include packing, loading, unloading, and moving furniture, while staying organized and solving on-the-job challenges. A strong attitude and leadership ability help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead moving crews on each job site.
• Drive company moving trucks (non-CDL) to job locations.
• Pack, load, unload, and move furniture and other heavy items.
• Be the face of Schroeder Moving Systems on the job and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep the crew organized, on schedule, and focused on safety.
